Our song, Dance on the Stage, is inspired by a fantastic interview between Sadhguru and Matthew McConaughey (www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAoffyn2xpM). The song is all about dancing to our experience, and not letting life drag us down. Rise above, and use everything life has thrown at us to be the very best of ourselves. This energetic, upbeat song is permeated with an exciting range of hand percussion, including rhythms made with Dun Duns, Kilkenny, Djembe, Cowbell and more.
